THE INTERIOR SPACE:
On the ground floor we find the single bedroom (bed 120x 200cm) with accessible and independent entrance from the garden, equipped with ceiling hoist and large bathroom with flag lift, single Jacuzzi, shower 120x120cm (with the possibility of requesting a self-propelled shower chair), wheelchair-friendly washbasin, toilet with shower.
The large, well-equipped kitchen (3.5x5m) and living room with fireplace are also on the ground floor, two large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (140x190cm)
The two main bedrooms are on the first floor, one double with a 160x200cm four-poster bed and independent electric bed bases, the second with two 100x200cm sommieres that can also be used as an extra large double bed. This second room - given its size - can be equipped with a single armchair bed (107x193cm). Next to the bedrooms is the complete bathroom with shower and attic roof.
The rooms both give access to the panoramic terrace, perfect for reading or enjoying the evening breeze.
THE OUTDOOR SPACE:
Outside you have a mostly flat garden with a stone table for about 8 people, protected from the summer sun by a large iron gazebo.
Parasol, lounge chairs and swing are the furnishings for relaxation while swimming pool (from the end of May) b-b-q, ping pong table, croquet game are available for the more motivated.
Finally, there is free parking in the private courtyard for two cars.
