As you enter this gorgeous 2nd floor spacious condo you are immediately greeted by bright, colorful, Mexican inspired décor, Travertine floors with decorative river rock accents and a large wall of sliding glass doors showcasing the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
The open living/dining area features a large smart TV, stylish contemporary couch, custom made dining table with seating for 6 and countertop seating for 3.
The large fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, a custom-built Island, and supplied bottled water accessed via the refrigerator water dispenser.
Just off the living/dining room you’ll find the large master King bedroom decorated in Mexican décor, a dresser, closet, and another wall of paneled sliding glass doors with access to the terrazzo. The dedicated full bath has a shower and double stone vessels sinks.
As you exit the master bedroom and walk down the hall, you’ll find a cute half bath just off the kitchen, further down the hall is the second full bath with shower, the laundry closet with washer/dryer, a Queen bedroom with closet and another King size bedroom with closet. All bedrooms have smart tv’s.
Back in the living/dining area, step out on to the spacious, private terrazzo. Partially covered by a pergola, you’ll find a custom-made outdoor furniture set with seating for 6, a gas grill and WOW, an expansive view of the ocean! What a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and catch one of the spectacular morning sunrises while watching sail boats and cruise ships glide through the sparkling seas. When evening rolls around, it also a great place to enjoy a favorite beverage or cocktail while listening to the sound of the waves crashing against the rocky shoreline. The sound of the surf is a perfect way to fall asleep at night.
Ready for swim? Why not take a dip in one of the two pools on the property. The oceanfront pool is a large infinity pool surrounded by lush, manicured grounds, pergola covered swinging hammocks, ocean swim pools and Palapas when you’re ready for a break from the sun. You’ll find the second, smaller pool located on the 4th floor (rooftop), just outside the small gym. The expansive views of the ocean coastline from the rooftop are truly spectacular!
The complex does not have a sandy beach area but just a short 3 min walk down the street and you’ll find a small, sandy beach. The larger beach called Fatima, is located next to the PA Beach Club and is about a 5-minute golf cart ride away. For a small fee, you can also take advantage of PA Beach Club’s amenities, palapa’s, beach chairs, beach bar and pools.

There are also cafes, bakeries, ice cream shops, convenience stores, fresh markets, pharmacies, dive shops and golf cart, bicycle, scooter and car rental agencies, ATMs and money exchanges.
Things to see and do
Puerto Aventuras is host to a Golf and Racquet Club. The golf course is a beautiful, nine-hole, par 36, Thomas Leman designed course. It is hidden away in the jungle with fairways lined by lush tropical jungle vegetation. The Executive Par 3 Golf Course and multiple use driving range is the newest addition and located by the ever-evolving Central Park.
There are numerous activities to do right in PA including swimming with Dolphins, Sea Lions, Manatees, golf, tennis, biking, diving, snorkeling, parasailing, kayaking, canoeing, deep sea fishing charters, catamaran sailing trips, boat rental, etc. Visit Central Park and enjoy the kid’s playground, open air gym, paved jogging/biking trails, and/or play a game of basketball or pickleball. While some areas are still under construction, other areas are complete.
Other nearby activities include Eco park tours, cenotes and cave diving, ziplining, XPLOR is a Jungle adventure park with day/night zip-lining, amphibious vehicles, rafting & swimming in underground rivers. Swim with turtles in Akumal, visit XCaret Park and take in their Mexico Espectacular Show, the Butterfly Exhibit, the ancient ruins and/or visit the popular ancient Mayan ruins of Tulum or Chichen Itza. Other options? Visit Playa del Carmen's Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida). Just 15-20 minute drive or taxi ride away.
