L'appartamento situato al primo piano di una fantastica villa , offre aria condizionata, frigo, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, bagno con doccia ed una resede privata davanti all'entrata dell'appartamento con sdraio, tavolo esterno, GIARDINO PER BAMBINI e posto auto privato, separato dall'entrata principale della casa da dove si accede da un cancello elettrico.
