My accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kaiser Mountains and thus offers countless opportunities for climbing, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, etc.
Fitness and wellness are well taken care of: sauna, infrared cabin, swimming pond and gym. The house is suitable for groups of up to 10 people, couples, solo travelers, adventurers and business travelers.

So there's a cat in the house and I live there too.
On the second floor is a separate living room for the guests and the bedrooms.
I share here because I always work until 11 p.m. and so the house is always free...
That just means the kitchen is shared - if we see each other at all...
