Condominium rental unit 603 living room furniture was replaced in November 2021. This unit accommodates 4 people with a king sleigh bed in the master and a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress in the living room. Tile floors are throughout the unit. The living room is equipped with all leather furniture and a 75” SMART HD flat screen TV and a HD cable box with the SEC Sports Channel. The master is equipped with a 55” flat screen. Both TV’s have a SMART blue ray DVD player. Remote control fans are located in the master and the living room. Kitchen is complete with all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a Keurig dual 12-cup coffeemaker with k-cup combo, and a pantry for storing your groceries. The bath tub has been removed and this is a shower only unit.
While outdoors, enjoy the sparkling pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard courts with free equipment rentals. You are just steps away from our private beach with sugar white sands, emerald green waters, and complimentary beach service, including 2 beach chairs with an umbrella during season.
