Magnolia Lago is a modern renovated apartment in a villa of the 19th century. It’s surrounded by a garden of over 3000 sqm overlooking the lake, with a private beach. Privacy and tranquillity are guaranteed. The views from the garden, the porch and the living room are stunning: sitting at the table or on the sofa you will enjoy the relaxing blue of Lake Garda. The apartment was lovingly renovated in 2010, according to most modern technologies for maximum comfort. The special insulation ensures cool in summer and warm in winter. It’s a two-floor apartment of about 200 sqm. The villa has also a private parking place, easily accessible from the main road. The centre of Gardone is few minutes walk, as well as several places of interest like Vittoriale Museum, Botanic Garden, public beaches, etc. Salò and Toscolano Maderno are very close: they have lovely promenades and bars, restaurants and shops. Just next the villa there are a Michelin-starred restaurant and a 5 star hotel, which has two different restaurants and a wellness centre both open also to non-guests.
