The apartment is about 35m2 and is equipped with a table for 4, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, stove, American and Italian coffee makers, pots, pans, utensils for cooking, a bathroom with window (toilet , bidet, shower, hair dryer), a bedroom (queen size bed, wardrobe, 40 "flatscreen smart tv), heating and air conditioning.
The terrace offers the possibility of having a glass of wine outdoors (tablet for 2).
