This studio is spread over 43 sqm and has capacity for 3 people. It is located on the 4th floor of Sparkle Tower 2. The whole furnished with light-colored furniture, giving the place a soothing ambiance of comfort and serenity.
The living area includes a grey single sofa bed, topped with beige cushion, a rounded coffee table, located just in front of a rectangular dining table with two white chairs. The room also includes a rectangular a large TV unit with TV, and a colorful rug.
The sleeping area includes a large white king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens, a modern elevated night table, and a built-in wardrobe. The studio is naturally well-lit, thanks to a large glass door giving access to a private balcony, furnished with a round table and two chairs, for you to enjoy your morning coffee with the beautiful scenery outside.
There’s a small kitchen in the studio, beautifully decorated with black marble. It includes all the equipment you might need during your stay, such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, wine glasses, coffee maker, and a stove.
The bathroom is also lightly-colored, and it comes with a wash basin, a toilet, and a shower cabin. It is equipped with amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.
The studio is equipped with safety equipment, such as smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, a washing machine, and room-darkening shades.

Sparkle Tower 2 is a high-rise residential building in Dubai Marina and it consists of14 storeys above ground.
Developed in liaison with Swarovski, which is a crystal company, the Sparkle Towers have been adorned with thousands of Swarovski crystals. Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.
Main attractions in Dubai Marina include: Lotus Mega Yacht, Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7, JBR Beach, The Yellow Boats, Dubai Marina Walk.
Getting around the neighbourhood is a lot easier with the Dubai Tram, with its 11 tram stations, stretching from JBR to Al Sufouh. There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower.
Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station.
Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive. Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.
