This boat-friendly haven features dual boat slips on the canal, each measuring 36' long and 24' wide, granting direct access to Mobile Bay for endless aquatic adventures. And with our pet-friendly policy, your furry companions are welcome to join in on the fun!
Inside, you'll find an inviting open floor plan living space, complete with a fully equipped modern kitchen boasting an island for seating, a dining room offering direct access to the covered back porch with canal views, and a tastefully decorated living room featuring a large flat-screen TV and direct porch access.
Three bedrooms await in the south end of the home, providing comfortable accommodations for all. The SE king bedroom suite offers canal views and a private bathroom, while the west bunk room boasts a twin-over-full bunk bed and dedicated work space. The SW bunk room features a twin-over-full bed and dedicated closet, with a common bathroom conveniently situated between the bunk rooms.
Outside, the covered back porch beckons with a fan and outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. The fully paved back patio boasts multiple picnic tables, ideal for savoring a fresh catch right next to the water. Plus, a fish cleaning station next to the boat slip ensures quick and easy preparation of your daily haul.
Conveniently located just 1.6 miles from the public beach and a short drive from all the attractions Dauphin Island has to offer, Crosswinds promises a memorable coastal getaway for all!
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following house rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission. Only dogs, must be approved by insurance policy— 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $ 100 pet fee per dog per stay.
