Summary: It’s a small gated community that’s still undergoing construction. However, some of the finished amenities are really nice. For example, the swimming pool. Which is big and pretty dramatic. Also, the two best features of Casa Nima are the Onsite Hosts/Managers. Oliver and Pedro. They’re super professional, efficient, have positive attitudes … plus, they have really good people skills.
