Location, Location and Location: It is newly built condominium located in the very very very prime prime prime area of the Ao Nang shopping center and it is just 300 meters away from the most popular Ao Nang beach with clean water to swim at the beach. In our area, there are Mc Donald, Starbucks, Subway Restaurant, 7-11, all kind of restaurants (especially cafe 8.89, the most popular restaurant in this location), banks and other shops located at our main entrance, so it is easy for you to shop and come back at the apartment to rest, watch sunset from the apartment, dip in bath tub, go to warmed swimming Lap with forest view or even to exercise at our professional gym with amazing view.
2. The apartment has total area of 45 sqm and it has been well furnished with all the amenities/appliances to accommodate your stay with full kitchen (microwave, refri, electric stove, dish washing sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, plate, spoon, knife, wine opener, pot, fried pan and other stuff) for you to cook your light meals. Espresso coffee machine with coffee powder for you to enjoy coffee whole day (available free at coffee corner at reception). We do also provide hybrid dinning table with eco-chairs for your long-hour working online and fiber optic lan wire to ensure you have very strong internet to work whole day and night.
3. It is located on top of the plot of land connected to tropical forest with a slight slopping up (less than 40% slope), good exercise for you to walk up and down, however, we do provide free golf cart service to bring you up or down from our reception, if you wish to use our service working hours from morning to late night everyday. Please tip the driver of Thb20-40, so he/she can take care of you all time when you need him/her (check working hours at the reception floor).
4. Electricity and water are included in the room rate, so no more worry of other expenses during your stay.
5. We do provide free drinking water with refillable unlimited both in big bottle of 18 liters and through our dispenser located near elevator of each floor (water tap is not drinkable in Thailand).

2. We do not have provide breakfast but it is easy to walk down to main entrance for breakfast at Cafe 8.89 or Starbucks/Coffee Club at Kokotel Ao Nang Hotel (belongs to us, same owner).
This corner unit apartment is 45 sqm in total usable area with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom on top floor (2nd floor), living room with sofa bed 5ft, kitchen, big size washer and hot bath tub. It is well furnished with a very comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens and towels. The balcony is facing the tropical forests (best ozone in the morning) and Ao Nang Bay Sea View. The whole apartment is seaview from living room to each bedrooms/balcony/bath-tub. You will wake up with ozone oxygen from the big tree from the tropical forests. Some days, you will find monkeys coming out from the forests.
We do provide free strong Wi-Fi at this apartment and free Wi-Fi in the whole compound, at our Professional gym, at the swimming pool and public area.
