The Space:

As you enter the studio, there’s a small white kitchen on your left. It has everything you need to prepare freshly-cooked meals like you never left home! Serve them while still hot on the four-seater table.
As you walk past the table, the tempting sleeping area will instantly grab your attention. The comfy sofa where it independently converts between a sitting, lounging, and sleeping position (sofa bed - sleep 1) right across the flat-TV with cable channels and the queen-sized bed that sleeps two is next to it. A heavenly soft mattress, hotel-quality linens and cushy pillows await you!
The bathroom has bathing supplies, such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.
The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.
With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
Many things are accessible by foot via Marina Walk (grocery stores, hairdressers, restaurants, etc.)
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, the Dubai Marina Tram Station and JLT Metro Station are only 5 minutes away. You can use the tram if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Palm Jumeirah. If you fancy going around Dubai through a train, you can go straight to JLT Metro Station and buy yourself a metro card.
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
