The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious design with a great floor plan and comfortable furniture.
The Villa features a family room with comfortable reclining couches as well as a big screen tv in addition to a formal dining room and a bar area with additional seating. The pool area features an Eastern exposure where you can enjoy your morning coffee with beautiful views of the pool and water.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its fully equipped kitchen there is plenty of room for conversations. The floor plan offers a split set up with bedrooms on each side and the living area being the center of the home. The large sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment and sunrises.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees by the Tiki Hut.
