Nestled in a quiet cul de sac, we are conveniently located just a few miles from FIT, downtown Melbourne, a 10 minute drive to the beach and about an hour away from the the attractions of Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center.
The home is located near FIT, downtown Melbourne, shopping in Palm Bay, just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of the space coast and an hour away from the attractions of Orlando as well as the Kennedy Space Center. It has been recently renovated with a brand new kitchen and appliances. The bathrooms were also partially renovated. New linens and towels as well as allergy covers on all the mattresses and pillows will set your mind at ease. Large closets in every bedroom as well as a 2 car garage will accommodate any amount of luggage you may bring!
