Summary: The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. All of the front desk staff, managers and porters were very friendly, helpful, interested in their customers and unfailingly courteous. It appeared to be a well-managed and happy hotel. Special mention to Ali for assisting with luggage security and Dona for her professionalism.
