Villa Solare is a characteristic two-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Solare you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Solare is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, two nice private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles).
You will reach Villa Solare from the street level going up a short public route that includes approximately 80 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Solare. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), for a fee, in a garage. The living room is paved with majolica tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are comfortable, and include a sofa. You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the first terrace climbing two steps. It is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a small window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the terrace. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels).
