The Villa has been recently restored, transforming this over 400 year old farmhouse into a very comfortable home, mixing the tradition of Umbria with modern stile. The wonderful perfectly kept garden goes all around the property with the private solar swimming pool, 7 x 14m, depth of 1.2-2.2m with sun beds and covered area with sofas and chairs.
The entrance leading into a sitting room with fireplace, a door take you to the large fully equipped kitchen which opens to a sitting and dining room with fireplace, two large window offer the view of the pool. Right out of the living/dinign there is a paved terrace with a dining table ideal for alfresco meals.there is a twin bedroom (convertible to double) with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Second double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower.

A well maintained lawned garden leads to the private solar heated swimming pool, with high quality garden furniture and sun loungers. A large decking area boasts a shady area next to the pool with sofa’s, table and chairs. Vegetable garden.
