The Space:

A large grey sofa is available where you can sit back and relax as you watch your favourite shows in the huge TV. The King-sized bed has fresh linens and comfortable mattress to ensure a good night sleep after a long tiring day. A dresser is available if you need to freshen up before leaving the apartment.
Right next to it is the round dining table that has dining chairs and can comfortably sit up to three persons. You may hone your cooking skills as the kitchen has you covered with its appliances. If cooking isn't you're style, you may order fast food deliveries which are located all over the place.
And of course, we wouldn't forget all of your toiletry needs. Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided for the guests.

The Neighborhood:
International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) is now changed to the name Dubai Production City (DPC). It is a free zone that is built for media production companies in Dubai. It is right next to the Sports City and near the Discovery Gardens.
It is a quiet place where people can rest from the busy hubs in Dubai. If you appreciate solitude, IMPZ may just be the right place for you. Even if it is far from the city, it has supermarkets, restaurants, a mall (City Centre Me'aisem), bus stops, etc.
You can enjoy the sweetness of tranquility away from the busy world that bombards you with everything. This is a good way to relax away from work and anything that brings stress.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
The property has easy access to Sports City, Motor City, Studio City, Production City, and the rest of Dubai.
City Centre Me'aisem, supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants can be reached by walking.
If you want to go around Dubai without a taxi or a car, you can walk to the nearest bus stop which is only 4 minutes away. F29 Bus goes to the Dubai Cricket Stadium, Autodrome Stadium, Spinneys Supermarket, Mall of the Emirates, and more.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
