Summary: Our room was clean other than mold in the bathroom, which we have seen at every hotel in Thailand even 5 star hotels. We had the option to do laundry for free which is not often offered. There was a very strong sewage smell in the room and surrounding area. The section of the room that was air conditioned did not have the smell but the section that is not, including the bathroom, was very smelly. We got used to it though and it was escapable in the air conditioning. There were many walkable restaurants near by and a Wat that we enjoyed visiting. Not many tourists in the area which made Taxis harder to find and we were stared at a lot. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the effort made by the Villa owner, a nice man.
