The Historic centre of Rome is easily reached by tram No. 8. On entering the house, the sleeping area is divided from the living area. To the right, there is the bathroom with the bedroom, a small corridor and there is the living room with the kitchenette and a French window to exit to the garden.
The living room has a sofa bed (160cm x 200cm), a television corner, a dining table with 4 chairs. Furniture, lamps and pictures complete the living room furnishings. The house is equipped with an air-conditioning system. From the living room there is access to the garden.
