Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The staff present at the hotel was very nice, meaning the cleaning lady and the guys from the restaurant. Not sure if the guys from the restaurant were part of the hotel, but they were extremely nice and helpful. For the rest I cannot tell, because there was never anybody at the reception except for the check in. Not sure if they serve breakfast, as there was nobody present in the morning. The room itself was very clean, but the mattress is so hard that I considered changing the hotel. It was like sleeping on a wooden plank. The nice cleaning lady tried to fix it with additional blankets, but it did not really solve the problem. I’ve never slept on such a hard mattress, although I know that the mattresses can be hard in Asia. I would book the place again if they solve this issue, otherwise it is not recommendable.
