Summary: Renovated rooms, but not renovated bathrooms, not an updated aircon. The shuttle didn't work, which they only tell you when you waited for it to leave. The rooms under the pool hear a loud buzz from the pool-pump, all night long. 1000 baht in deposit (which is fine) but in cash (which I think is weird for a 3* hotel). They also check your room before leaving, which makes check out very very slow. Laundry machines didn't work. My bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, but when I mentioned this nothing was resolved. Standard hotel - but I expected a higher standard for this price point
