This contemporary home was recently purchased and updated to make it an amazing coastal retreat. The owners made all their decisions with renters enjoyment and comfort in mind. The house is filled with natural light and juxtaposes modern elements with old Sea Island decor and style. The home features tons of living space, from a great room that is central to the home, to a Media Room with lots of comfy seating, and an open flow eat-in kitchen and island with bar stools. One of the highlights of the property is the stunning backyard, with a gorgeous patio and dining table for dinner al fresco, the pool, and beautiful hardscaping + landscaping. The adirondack chairs around the fire pit is the perfect place to end the evening. The garage has also been converted into a fun game space, completed with a pool table and ping pong table. The home features 5 gorgeous bedrooms, 4 of which are en suite style, and tons of storage space + closets for you to unpack, even for the longer stays. “The Haven” Hospitality Manager
To help ensure your stay is all you hope it will be, guests of “The Haven” will have complimentary access to our “Hospitality Manager” both prior to and during their stay. Our hospitality manager will gladly assist with dining and activity suggestions, bike and golf cart rentals, securing childcare and transportation or Sea Island resort day passes. She will also remain a general point of contact should you have any questions or needs that arise during your stay.
Sea Island Resort & Beach Club Passes
Sea Island resort passes ARE NOT included in the cost of the cottage rental, but may be purchased in advance upon request and availability. Guests of “The Haven” who wish to have full access to the Sea Island Resort and all its amenities including the beach club, spa, tennis, golf, fitness center and all restaurants on the resort property, must submit a request in writing to purchase a daily or weekly guest pass no less than 60 days prior to checking in. This requests need to be handled via email with the host. It should be noted that Sea Island guest passes cannot be guaranteed and are offered exclusively by the Sea Island Membership Office on a first-come-first-serve basis based on availability. Terms and conditions, including related fees, are established by Sea Island Membership and are subject to change at any time. Guest passes are fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Fees for Sea Island guest passes must be paid in advance to rental manager and are per guest and IN ADDITION to the nightly cottage rate.
Pool Heating:
During the cooler months, many guests like to heat the pool. If that is of interest, an additional $50 per day fee will be added to your nightly rate.
