This is the dream location close to everything the beach has to offer and has direct sunset views! Enjoy your morning coffee on any one of the 3 decks, or make a feast for the family in the amazing and fully stocked kitchen equipped with Jenn- Aire and Bosch appliances. The Big Dream sleeps up to 13 people comfortably in 4 bedrooms and has 2 sleeper sofas with queen beds, one in the enormous Master Bedroom, perfect for the whole family to stay, and another in the downstairs bonus room, great for the kids or privacy for the teens or use as an additional bedroom. So if you need to accomodate several families you easily can! This house has it all! A grill for having fun barbeques, outdoor dining , bikes to take around town and all the beach gear you need for those long sunfilled days at the beach and games for the nights that you just want to have some family time. The main floor living area has the amazing wide open living room and gorgeous kitchen with quartz counters and walk in pantry, 10 ft island, and kitchen nook with seating for everyone! There are 2 bedrooms and one full bath with quartz countertop on the main floor, great for those who want one floor living! The queen bedroom has sound views and seating for reading and the other main floor bedroom has 3 twin beds, perfect for kids ,singles or put two twins together to make a king for couples. Tons of storage options in both bedrooms as well. Lets not forget how convenient the laundry is here for all those beach towels and baithing suits. The top floor has the incredible Master suite with its own private deck with sound views, perfect for the whole family! The master bath has a double vanity with quartz counters, large shower, watercloset and jacuzzi tub and huge walk in closet. Equipped with a super comfy king bed and sleeper sofa, swivel chairs and tons of storage and not to mention a coffee station for your morning coffee and private deck to relax and enjoy the views. The other large bedroom suite on the top floor has its own private bath with quartz counters, walk in closet and 2 queen beds which can easily accomodate 4 people. The ground floor has the mudroom area, perfect for the fur babies to stay while you are out and about exploring and is also the way to access the outdoor shower and back yard! The bonus room is on this floor as well which is great an additional bedrokm for guests or for the kids to have their own area to hang out in with a fun hanging swing chair, and sleeper sofa for sleepovers or use as a 5th bedroom area. There is a half bath here that is an en-suite! And out door shower for you to enjoy! This house is equipped with WIFI and has smart tv in all rooms! The neighborhood is so cute and has a culdesac so kids can play safely outside and dogs can be walked easily. All fresh linens are provided.
