The apartment is located on the third floor , there for you will need to climb stairs. If stairs is not your forte, please check out our first and second floor units that have a more wide a regular staircase.

2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other tenants and airbnb guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.

4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50-$150 late fee.
