Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home: open concept, 16 to 18 foot ceilings, large 60 to 55 inch TV's in the living and bedrooms, new King pillow top mattresses in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, 2 new twin pillow top mattresses in one bedroom, a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Large great kitchen fully equipped, washer dryer in a separate laundry room, two car garage and much more!! The house is nicely furnished. There are smart TVs in the living area, patio area & the three bedrooms! Less than a one mile bike or car ride to Wiggins Pass, Vanderbilt Beach and the incredible Mercado shopping center! Enjoy the warm balmy gulf breezes while you are swimming, sunning or dining in the many Naples restaurants--truly a wonderful experience! There are two bikes in the two car garage waiting for you to bike to the beach. I have a beautiful new concrete tile roof, new landscaping, a new pool cage and a new fence-- WOW! A higher pool temperature of 80 plus degrees is availailable for guests requesting warm pool temperatures for only $30 a night to cover higher electric bill costs. The location is perfect-- close to the Gulf and to the Mercato shopping area with theaters, shops and great restaurants.. ENJOY!!
