✹ DOCK: Our private dock is excellent for those that love the water! For boaters, we do want to make sure you know ahead of time that (a) there isn`t any electricity on the dock, (b) the boat lift is not accessible, (c) the dock has cleats to tie your boat, and (d) the water is deep but can vary based on the lake water level.
✹ PETS: No pets are allowed.
✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Please note that we do require signature of our rental agreement/liability waiver within 48 hours after booking.
✹ TWO PAYMENTS: In order to ease the process of securing our stay, we will divide up you purchase into two payments. 40% will be charged immediately and 60% will be charged 30 days prior to check-in. Both charges will be from KH2 RENTAL HOME. If your booking date is within 30 days of check-in, you will receive one charge reflecting 100% of the reservation amount.
