At The Iris House you will be spoiled in pure luxury! A True Boulder Gem, this Historic Home is located in the heart of Boulder, a bike ride away from Pearl Street Mall and so much more!
The Iris House was built in 1890 and is one of the original Boulder Homestead Farm houses that remains. It has been lovingly remodeled by a Chicago Designer who was previously featured in Architectural Digest!
3500 Sq Ft 3 stories of living area and a basement.
The main level includes a kitchen, dining/living room, private office & bathroom with vintage claw-foot tub, bright, cozy sunroom with gas fireplace and porch off the rear (along with a gas grill).
The front porch runs the length of the house and is covered, seating & tables for dining & cozy conversations awaits you! Sip coffee, a glass of wine or local cold brew and enjoy the mountain views!
The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 1 office, full bathroom, & washer/dryer.
Note- Bedroom 4 is setup as an office but will have the option of a twin size pull out or air mattress to accommodate another guest.
Bedroom 2 has a large private deck attached and mini fridge in the closet.
The third level is a sun soaked master suite with full bathroom/jacuzzi tub, walk in closet and it's own heating and cooling separate from the rest of the house, a gas fireplace and great views of the Boulder Flatirons can also be enjoyed!
The basement can be made available to store personal belongings if needed.
