Positive: The location was excellent. However, the area was a little sketchy (liquor stores and gas stations tend to draw certain types of people), in general most cities near airports tend not to be the best. But just be aware of your surroundings. The shuttle service from the airport and to the hotel and then to the cruise terminal was great. The property even booked our transportation from the cruise terminal back to the airport for $10 per person. Just want to give a “Chef’s Kiss” to John at the Front Desk, he’s a REAL PEOPLE PERSON! He knows the city like the back of his hand and recommended several places to go and several restaurants to go eat at. The RIVERFRONT BOARDWALK is a most go and see. It was Christmas time and the decorations were beautiful. The property is just a tad bit dated. The brand is one our family always uses so we kinda knew what to expect. The property needs a little touch-up is all I’m saying. We absolutely love this place and on our next cruise we will definitely be staying there again. Thank you John! 🥰

Negative: The management let a group of people congregate outside in the parking lot near the cars. Definitely, should not be allowed. Even if they were not doing anything wrong, it still looks bad. Our family knows how to mind our business and keep it moving.
