Small, quiet culde-sac with few homes. Ocean Views of Ponto Beach and Batiquitos Lagoon from the sitting area at the top of the nearly 1/2 acre property. Walking distance to Batiquitos Lagoon, walking trails and close to Carlsbad State Beach.
Fully Landscaped property with open grass areas in the backyard. Large BBQ area with lots of outdoor seating including an outdoor dining area. There is a retractable awning over the outside dining table. The BBQ area has a Turbo built-in grill, outdoor bar sink, and outdoor refrigerator. The pool features two waterfalls complete with a sun area and jetted jacuzzi. The pool has solar heating and a control panel inside the house for heating and the water features. The pool can be heated at the time of stay with an extra fee. There is a three car garage stocked with surfboards, boogie boards, paddle boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach cruisers available for use. There is also a treadmill, pull-up station, work out bench, and dumbbells set up for guests as well.
The lower level of the home has vaulted ceilings in the entry way above the formal living room. It also has hardwood floors throughout, a formal dining room, a complete Viking Kitchen including under-counter ice maker and wine refrigerator.
