This three bedroom plus maids villa is both calming and spacious, making it the perfect place to stay for your upcoming trip to Dubai! Decorated in neutral tones with pops of colour, this villa has a modern and relaxing feel to it. In the living room you will find two comfy sofas and an armchair perfectly positioned in front of the TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Dubai! The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make your own meals at home, which you can then enjoy at your beautifully styled dining table that seats eight. The living/dining area flows out to a beautiful private garden area that has an l-shaped outdoor seating area which is the perfect place to relax with your loved ones. Upstairs in the bedrooms, you will find the beds fitted with Key Views signature linen that is so cosy and soft you will struggle getting up in the mornings. In the bathrooms you will find Key Views hotel grade fluffy towels and luxurious amenities that will leave you smelling fresh all day.
The villa does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained villa, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the villa with average speeds of 250mbps.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the buildingmanagement).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2500 AED.
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
