The bungalows are surrounded by a tropical garden with coconut, jack fruit and other tropical fruit trees. You can eat the coconut fresh directly from the tree.
The family who owns it also lives on property.
The bungalows do have some signs of wear and tear, but all amenities are of course fully functional.
This property is also very popular with Russian families with their children.
In Thailand, accommodations in the budget range usually don't include kitchen equipment and dishes and utensils and tenants are expected to provide their own. I do however have my own amenities which you can borrow for a small fee. It's still much cheaper than if you buy new.
Monthly price does not include electricity and you pay THB 6/kw.
If you turn on air condition only when you sleep at night, it should be no more than 1500 / month.
We also require a cash security deposit of 3000, which will be returned to you when you check out.
