Positive: I liked the amenities nearby, very easy to get too and from the ferry terminal as well. There's a 7-11 across the street and it's a short walk into the village and about 10 mins to get to the beach. Room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom.

Negative: I didn't realize when booking it was not near a usable beach, but it's only a short walk or ride away
