Summary: Unfortunately this house did not fit the expectation we had for the price we were paying to stay there. It is a nice place with potential, but we found it to be in quite poor condition: -There were ants and cockroaches EVERYWHERE. If you left a single crumb on the kitchen counter it would be swarming with ants the next morning. -2 of the bathrooms didn't have hot water, and another bathroom had a broken shower head. 2 other bathrooms did work as expected... but this turned to be quite an inconvenience because we had to use bathrooms in other rooms that we weren't using and one that was outside the house. -The trash area inside the property were the bins are kept was already full of trash, with bags on the ground. However, the location is excellent, walking distance to Brickell and great neighborhood. With better maintenance this could have been a great experience, but sadly we had quite a disapointment with our stay.
