Positive: The place, the staff, the locations were all great. Precisely what we needed for a relaxing long weekend

Negative: The travel desk (the one for excursions etc) is sub par. The person who assisted us wasn’t able to answer simple questions, made us believe that we were booking a private comfortable tour while we ended up with 80 other people in a quite uncomfortable and very busy tour, and even overcharged us
