Welcome to the extraordinary! Uniquely designed by architect Sergio Abunidz of Ensenada, Mexico to incorporate the Quinta Eclat winery brand while emphasizing the beauty of Valle de Guadalupe landscape as the backdrop. Bask in the vineyard, mountain, & valley views while capturing the sunrise in the atrium & sunset on the patio. Our home was meant for entertaining with both in & outdoor spaces for up to 6 people comfortably with one of the few properties with a 2-car garage. Located in the heart of the valley with easy access off of Route 3 (Ensenada to Tecate).

Our Home

You will have exclusive access. Located adjacent to the vineyard, enter through a stately black iron gate and walk up a set of stairs into a lush desert courtyard. In the middle of the courtyard is a patio with charcoal barbeque grill and dining table. Next, head on over to the right balcony with a contemporary canopy swing for two, which looks directly at the vineyards and over the entire Valle de Guadalupe. In front, we have two yoga mats to find your inner peace at sunrise or sunset.

Walk amongst the plants in the courtyard up a small set of stairs through the balcony sliding doors into the social area of the home. The home is in the color palette of white, gray, silver, and black with marble tile throughout. The pop of color comes from original Spanish artwork.

Designed as an open concept, the kitchen, dining, and living room are all in one space for easy entertaining. The gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs. We love to cook so we have included our favorite spices and local products from the valley to share. We have a Krups/Nescafe Dulce Gusto coffee maker and tea kettle. Our favorite part of the kitchen is the GE nugget ice maker using purified water. We have a purified water jug system for you to drink from that comes from Cristapuro (a local water company in the Valle that exceeds US standards for purity). The side-by-side refrigerator is stocked with some refreshments. The gas stove has a griddle feature, and the oven is also an air fryer. We have included a microwave to quickly heat leftovers from great local restaurants. We love collecting wine glasses, so we have a huge collection of wine glasses from wineries around the Valle de Guadalupe along with all the tools you need to enjoy wine including decanters and openers. Have fun drinking out of them. Lastly, when you are tired of wine, we have an honor liquor bar available at $4 USD per drink.
Congregate at the countertop island and/or dining room table with a portable blue tooth speaker to your phone to play your favorite music. Watch a 65" TV with a fireplace below in the living room that generates heat (if desired). To control the temperature there is a mini split (AC/Heat) in the room via remote along with a ceiling fan.

Off the living room is a rooftop balcony, which has a 6-person table and sectional sofa with outdoor fire pit. See the stars through the telescope. The bonus is the romantic loveseat which faces the vineyard sunset.

The social and private area is separated by atrium windows on both sides of the hallway. These windows allow you to capture the sunrise over the mountains. The private area has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a king bed with a Casper premium memory foam mattress. The best part is the picture window, which looks onto the courtyard and out to the vineyard from your bed. The master has a large closet area with safe, iron, and ironing board along with private bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds. One bed is a hybrid pillow top and the other a hybrid with Tempur-Pedic memory foam topper. All linens are white 600+ count soft combed cotton with duvet toppers and thick plush pillows. We also have two Tempur-Pedic pillows to choose from. We can wash your linens and towels in dye free detergent if requested in advance. To control the temperature there is a mini split (AC/Heat) in each room along with a ceiling fan, both work by remote control. Each bedroom has a 48" TV. All TVs have Netflix and Prime available along with the ability to cast from your phone. Charging stations are available at each bed. The second bathroom is shared with the social space. We have partnered with Viniphera, a local company that sources organic products from the area to create nourishing bath and body products. We have included hand wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in eco-friendly large format bottles to share but not to take home. Additionally, we provide facial wipes to remove makeup and color versus using the white towels and mouthwash along with cotton swabs, hair ties, and ear plugs for a serene sleep. Don't worry there is a hair dryer as well and other amenities in case your forgot something. Each person will have a bath, hand, and wash towel.

This house has a garage to park two cars. As common in the Valle de Guadalupe except Route 1 and 3, you will turn off Route 3 and onto a dirt road for approximately 600 meters. It does go up the hill. You will need to go slow with cars that are low to the ground. Additional cars can park in front or the lot next door. There is also a third bathroom in the garage with a toilet and shower. It is a tiled bathroom, but not of the same quality as the bathrooms in the house.

For your security, we have a monitored alarm. There is dusk to dawn lighting in the front and side of the house. Motion lighting up the stairs and in the back and left side of the house. Courtyard lighting you can turn on/off as desired. There are cameras around the outside of the house, in the courtyard, and garage. There are no cameras inside the house. There are sensors in the house for movement. You will have access to the security system to turn on/off as desired.

Wifi is included with extenders throughout the house for easy streaming.

The property itself is close to the Wine Museum with easy access off of Route 3 via a dirt road for approximately 600 meters (Ensenada to Tecate Road). It is a 5-20 minute drive to the top wineries and within a 5-10 minute drive to all 4 of the 2023 Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants.

You will be provided with a House Information Guide upon booking, which we request that you review along with Valle de Guadalupe Recommendations.

For any add-ons, tours, or car services, we need a 7-day advance notice. We will try and accommodate if within 7-days. These items are non-refundable once booked and require pre-payment (as applicable).

There is no smoking in the house. Smoking is only permitted outside the house.

Sadly, we cannot allow pets due to family allergies.

No parties, events or commercial pictures without an additional fee and prior approval, please contact us advance to discuss.

This is a neighborhood; quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
