Positive: The feasible price and proximity to the beach. Response and attentiveness to my family's issues. Marisol was great! Considering the home is for sale "as is" - it provided a modestly comfortable stay for my family.

Negative: 1. Upon arrival, the code we were given didn't work. It took about 20 min for a property Rep to return my call. We resolved the issue by using the key inside the lockbox. 2. Once inside the home, we noticed part of the wood laminate flooring was missing in the kitchen. The carpet in the master bedroom was torn at the entrance of the room. 3. The house had an old, unused smell. There were plug-ins throughout the house but all were empty. 3. No dish towels or dish soap in the kitchen. (It's more feasible to hand clean small amounts of dishes) 4. No board games. 5. The large couch on the back wall is broken on the side closest to the window. 6. Beds are uncomfortable(too firm for our liking)
