Private villa beach retreat with four bedrooms located on the second floor and two and a half bathrooms, all freshly renovated. There is a dedicated dining room, office, kitchen, laundry room & pantry, and private living room downstairs. Lounge and watch TV in the Florida room, while overlooking the screened in heated pool.
We are located a mile from the ocean and blocks from Jacksonville Beach Golf Club and local restaurants. We are also five miles from the Mayo Clinic.
The home is set up for family fun. There are smart TVs in every room including the Florida room. We have an electric fireplace as the focus in the living room. Our kitchen was designed to cook and still be part of the action downstairs. The office is centrally located when work needs to be done.
We have a coded entry to make check in and going out while you are here easy.
Your private villa retreat is in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the marsh. Cradle Creek Park is located less than a mile away and the beach is a little over a mile. There are two driveways for off street parking and are located a mile from the ocean and blocks from Jacksonville Beach Golf Club and local restaurants.
This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.
Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 – 9/15. Spa is not heated during this time. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use the pool and spa at their own risk ***
