This is a Newer Pool home & hot tub, overlooking a beautiful pond preserve. House comes fully loaded, with Beach gear. Garage & laundry room, desk, printer. Up to two dogs allowed, no vicious breeds. No cats or other kinds animals, we only accept dogs and dogs stay for free. Close to Beach, restaurants, and shopping . At the center of it all! Gated community with resort style clubhouse. Open floor plan tastefully decorated. Additional mandatory non-refundable $500 processing clubhouse fee will be collected at booking. When you arrive and would like to use the clubhouse, and their amenities they will charge you $20 per person on the lease for use of their facilities and that will cover your entire stay. 28 day minimal rental for February and 30 day minimal rental for the rest of the year.
