a game room, gourmet chefs' kitchen, posh living spaces, cozy lounges, and the jewel on the
crown, an ocean front infinity pool that falls away into the vast views of the Bay.
The location of this villa-less than 2 miles from downtown-makes it convenient to all of
Vallarta’s charming attractions, shopping and dining.
The elegant lines of this spectacular villa are enhanced by the organic touches of art,
furnishings and textiles. The blend of modern luxury and Mexican charm fills this enchanting home.
Enter into the grand entry hall with expansive windows and views of the entire Bay of
Bandaras, the Sierra Madre Mountains and the green jungles of the Vallarta hillsides.
This Entry is the Game room level - and features two bedrooms with ensuite baths and private
balconies overlooking spectacular ocean views. Bedrooms open to a wonderful game
room with a pool table, a huge overstuffed couch and a big screen TV.
The elevator services all three floors of this magnificent villa and the second level takes you to two expansive
bedrooms–all with ensuite baths and verandas leading to expansive ocean views.
Each room is an oasis of luxury with king beds, 600 thread count linens and
beautifully appointed spa-like baths and large screen TV’s.
The main floor features a chef's kitchen with an expansive marble island, a dining room and
a living area that opens onto the expansive patio and pool area.
This floor is home to the Super Master bedroom – private and spa-like with soft beige and white décor, this room is an oasis
of luxury and opens directly to the pool deck with its views of the entire bay, downtown,
hillside, jungle and beyond to Punta De Mita and the Marietta Islands in the distance.
