High speed internet, printer and long distance phone available. Fantastic pool area with paver deck, electric heated pool and spa.
Can you say location, location, location! A boater's dream, only minutes to the river (two canals) and Gulf of Mexico, beautiful water views and conveniently located to shopping and entertainment. Only minutes to Fort Myers. Quiet area but very close to everything.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 11:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available, but require prior approval by Agent.
Payment Terms and Conditions: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.
All rates are plus 11% tax.
