Positive: We stayed at this hotel three times during 2025 and were consistently satisfied. The price is very affordable, and the rooms are clean. The bed linen is good quality, the shower has strong water pressure, and there is always hot water, which is a big plus. The rooms vary a bit: some have newer, very quiet air conditioners, while others still use older models. The lobby has a water dispenser with both hot and cold water, as well as a microwave, which is very convenient. There is also a washing machine and dryer available on one of the floors, operating like a small laundromat. The location is another strong point — the hotel is just steps away from a beautiful park. Overall, it’s great value for money, and we would happily stay here again.

Negative: One small downside was that pigeons sometimes came to the balcony, which could be noisy and disturb sleep, especially early in the morning.
