The home is elevated which provides covered parking with a swing, grill, storage for beach items and a 1/2 bath conveniently located on the beach level. The interior has tiled and wood floors through out as well as granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. 8 flat screen TV's are scattered though out the house.
