Cancellations after booking up to 30 days before scheduled arrival will be charged $100 cancellation fee, if you need to cancel within 30 days of arrival there will be a $250 cancellation fee. These fees are from the resort and I will pass them on to you but otherwise, you will get the remainder of your payment fully refunded.
