Positive: Excellent room and very comfortable bed! Gerard from LUXE property management was super supportive, and was available on WhatsApp for any queries I had including any maintenance issues with the apartment. The location was perfect, as it was a quick jump onto the 311 highway. I also liked the access to the gym and swimming pools (there is an adult pool onsite), as well as the many restaurants/cafes to choose from. The view from the 39th floor was also spectacular, both during the night and day. 🤩
Negative: Overall, I had a pleasant stay here. However, there are some areas for improvement. The carpet was rather stained, so could use a good shampoo and cleaning. Also, as I stayed in the room for almost 3 weeks, complimentary cleaning and linen change would have been nice at least once (other apartment hotels would offer this at least once every 10 days).
