The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation.
Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10 AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of AED200.
This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
