Summary: When we arrived we were greeted nicely and attended well. The room we got was amazing with a nice view of the city. Sadly our experience did not end well and will make us think twice of going there. I had my period the night before we left and when they sent someone to inspect the room they literally grabbed the bed sheet and went to the front desk and showed them the blood stain IN FRONT OF ALL THE GUEST WAITING TO BE ATTENDED! I was so embarrassed and upset and felt the person who did the inspection was trying to humiliate me in front of the guest She was rude and stretched the sheet out in plain sight showing the blood stain. I truly hope you can work better in your customer service or train your staff to be more sensitive in these situations.
