This is a beautiful private pool home perfect for relaxing in and around Naples. We provide bikes, towels, and beach equipment. The house is also just 5 minutes to Mercato (shops, dining, bars, nightlife, cinema, coffee shop) as well as numerous grocery stores and restaurants.

The house is bright and open with vaulted ceilings and plenty of space. Ideally located in North Naples, we are just a 5 minute bike ride to top rated restaurants or to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park Beach (one of Travel Channels top 10 Florida Beaches!) You can walk or bike ride to anywhere you want to be! This is best location you could ask for!
We provide our guests with Bikes, gas for the grill, and a heated pool, all at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!
Naples is about living outdoors, and the private screened in pool area makes it so easy to do so! There is a gas grill for afternoon BBQ'ing, dining table, lounge chairs, & outdoor slate tile shower, all surrounding the waterfall style pool. There is also an additional full pool bathroom with a private shower for convenience. Relax and listen to the trickling sounds of the pool waterfall while soaking up sun and sipping on a cocktail-it doesn't get any better than this! The pool is screened in so there are no bugs to bother you. The backyard and pool are fully fenced in and nestled by tropical foliage and palm trees to ensure privacy. This is Naples living!
Within the house, there are 3 bedrooms, all separated for additional privacy. The home has been decorated with an eclectic coastal style that invites you to kick back, relax, and enjoy the Neapolitan beach lifestyle.
There are granite counter tops in the kitchen, high quality cookware, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, etc. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with only the best and finest making "staying in" a relaxing and enjoyable option to going out to eat. Plus, locating a grocery store easy as there are 5 to choose from all within 1-2 miles of the house. Whole Foods Market grocery is just a 3 minute ride away. If the weather is beautiful, why not walk or bike with the provided beach cruisers?
All 3 bedrooms, have quality designer furnishings and linens as well as pillow top mattresses. The master has sliding doors leading out to the private pool, as well as a walk in closet and spa-like en-suite, with a soaking Jacuzzi Tub, glass shower and dual sinks, as well as a King size bed.
Tile and hand scraped hardwood floors are throughout the house, great for those with allergies.
There is a queen size bed in the front bedroom, and a King size bed with its own ensuite bath in the 2nd bedroom. All of the bedrooms have nice mattresses, comfortable bedding, and spacious closet's.
Go sit by the pool and enjoy your breakfast at the dining table, or read a book while catching some sun. There is also a wonderful outdoor shower as well as a separate pool bathroom so you don't have to worry about tracking inside while you're outside enjoying the pool.
We provide plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler to make heading to the Gulf for a day at the beach easy. Come and escape to Naples for an unforgettable getaway!
