You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Nearby attractions include Binghamton University, Broome Community College, Wilson, Binghamton General and Lourdes Hospitals, Ross Park Zoo & as many parks. Close to the Binghamton Airport. Many restaurants are within a 5-10 minute drive. My favorites include: Town Diner, Craft, Dos Rios, Tully`s and the Pour House.
Enjoy this cozy, studio-like home. It has 1 intimate bedroom, comfortable living room with a futon for extra sleeping arrangements and a whimsical kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare meals. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a cozy, comfortable stay on a low budget.
Free, safe parking. 2 spots on site lined up front to back. Our neighbor is the doctor in the black sedan and has the spot next to the house. HE MUST NOT BE BLOCKED IN DUE TO BEING ON CALL FOR EMERGENCIES. Other vehicles must park on SCHILLER St. Bus stop at the end of the road.
No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion or stop to say hello.

Quiet, urban, residential neighborhood. Walking distance to many restaurants and businesses.
There are 2 parking spots in the driveway. Please make sure to park on the left side of the drive. The spot next to the home is for my neighbor who is an on-call doctor and must never be parked in. There are bus stops within walking distance of the apartment.

No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance, property manager, maintenance people and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion to restock or stop to say hello.
