Wow—this stunning 3-story townhouse near Maya Mall and Nimman is an absolute gem. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I genuinely would!
Having stayed in various places around Chiang Mai, this was hands down our favourite. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the vibrant Nimman area, filled with charming restaurants, cafes, shops, and a lively expat-friendly vibe that we already miss as we continue our travels.
The townhouse itself was everything we hoped for and more. Spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly well-equipped. It offered that rare combination of style, comfort, and functionality. One of our favourite features was the roll-top bath—such a relaxing touch after a day out exploring or shopping.
Richard and his wife were fantastic hosts—attentive, kind, and always available if we had any questions (which, honestly, was rare because the place had everything we needed). Their hospitality made the experience feel seamless and welcoming.
We stayed for 4 weeks, and truthfully, we could’ve stayed longer. It felt like a real home away from home. If you're looking for luxury at a very fair price in one of the best areas of Chiang Mai, I would 100% recommend booking here.
